1. We will take care of the dishes, laundry and septic tank

Seriously. Just place all used dishes in a basket and we will handle them for you.

Leave all used sleeping bags unwrapped from their bag.

We also empty out the fresh, gray and black tank for you.

2. Fill up on gas and propane

Unless you purchased pre-paid fuel and propane.

Both can be purchased at Paul's Grill & Grocery down the street from our location.

100% is approximately 4 gallons of propane.

4. Usage rates

After check-out, we will process any overages.

Your rental includes:

- 100 miles / day
- 4 generator hours / day

Overages will be process within 7 days of your check-out.
